YEAR 7 MUSIC
Well Music in your 7 was sort of all over the place. I’m sure the staff doesn’t really care about the year 7’s. Well in our first lesson we were all asked whether we had any experience in any sort of instruments. Naturally the answers were like:
Catherine – 5 years Piano
Stephanie – “PRE-SCHOOL HEHE. YEAR 8! 7! 6! “
Bonnie - 5 years
...
(Donovan Holding his guitar)
“What about you Donovan?”
Donovan: 3 months (“bahahhas stupid noob”)
(also it was actually 3 weeks. Lieing bitch)
PULSE
For those who don’t remember, PULSE was the music excursion we had to IMAX to watch about all this ways to make sounds. Anyways a day before this excursion I was talking to Jessica and we decided to gel or wax my hair. So when the movie finished and we were all sitting on the wooden logs by the water, she spiked my hair into a little mohawk. And a lot of people (Emily ly and Stephanie) liked it a lot and I took my first photos with them, I took photos with those meanie meanie bullies. Of course, opportunities to befriend your possibly worst enemies you have to grasp them! But actually I was less prejudice of Emily ly by then. Because a couple days/weeks/months before that I was talking to one of her friends about her and...
“Oh yeah She is quite a bitch. But don’t worry she’s changed. She’s not mean or anything anymore. (Laughs). Seriously! She’s nice; even she said she knew she was a bitch. She’s different and nice now. TRUST ME Don’t worry.” - Linda Heng....(?) (What was I doing talking to her?)
Miss Baker
I’m sure everyone remembers her. Apparently she smelled like strawberry jam. Well in class Miss Baker asked us what are some techniques in music used on instruments. And we were immature answering things like “fingering” and “blowing”.
Anyway, while the girls were taking their vaccines for something, all the boys were teasing Philip kheav for being Indonesia and black, emphasis on black. So Miss Baker came to the rescue and held up a black texter.
“Look at this pen. Does anyone’s SKIN look like exactly like this colour?! Because this is a BLACK PEN. THIS IS BLACK and I’m sure none of you are this colour.”
Anyways, so one day we all left music class really early, because she wasn’t in the room. The next lesson she said “You are not to leave unless I dismiss you!” We took this very literal and as a joke at the same time. So, at next class when the bell rang, (and she wasn’t in the room to dismiss us) we all stood and waited, not wanting to go to maths.
With a sigh, people such as Lyanna, Catherine and Belinda left the room. I had such the urge to join them because everyone was being such rebels L “OMGOMGOMG, literally pissing my pants”. Coincidentally, Miss Baker returned and was all..
“WHAT ARE YOU ALL STILL DOING HERE”
“You didn’t dismiss us!!!”
